Peter Pan Foundation Code of Conduct

Peter Pan Foundation (“PPF”) is an organization that supports leadership and philanthropy activities for all ages. It is a place of inclusion, where all participants can expect to feel safe and respected. These behavior guidelines are to ensure that these expectations are met for all participants.
Violation of any rule, regulation, or guideline contained in this PPF Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action ranging from verbal warnings to suspension or permanent expulsion from entrance into any PPF location and/or participation in any PPF event. The disciplinary action will be more severe if the violation is deemed more serious. Our volunteers and/or staff will make an attempt to notify guardians of behavior problems.
All persons in attendance at any PPF location and/or event will be respectful of all others and the property of all others at all times. The PPF will not tolerate the use of aggressive physical contact (this includes fighting, unwelcome or inappropriate touching, poking, or slapping) or any conduct which endangers the life, safety, health, or well-being of others. There shall be no vulgar gestures, abusive or obscene language, including but not limited to, racial, ethnic, sexual, sexual orientation or religious references, directed at other members, guests, volunteers, or staff. Moreover, there shall be no bullying or verbal, visual or physical harassment of members, guests, staff and/or volunteers of any kind, including but not limited to cyberbullying, direct and/or implied threats of any kind.
No drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping of nicotine or any other substance, dangerous or unauthorized materials such as explosives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises of PPF or at any PPF event, no matter where located. Sale or distribution of such substances, or dangerous materials is also
prohibited at PPF events and on PPF premises.

Any violations of this policy are to be reported immediately to the PPF staff and/or volunteers or to the appropriate law enforcement personnel. Violation of this code of conduct may result in a temporary suspension of the member’s right to participate in PPF events, and possibly being permanently barred from entrance onto any PPF location and/or participation in any PPF event no matter where located.
